The location was good, and the
Housekeeping staff were great, making my stay comfortable. Having an on-site supermarket was very handy, especially on rainy days. the room showed signs of wear, and some amenities felt outdated.

The friendly staff made us feel welcome during our stay.
The air conditioning was unbearable, making sleep impossible. It felt like a diesel van was running all night! I had to check out early due to the discomfort and didn't even give them a chance to address the issue. The shower facilities were also disappointing, with the water temperature being completely unpredictable.

Had an amazing group vacation with friends! The hotel's location is ideal for exploring nearby attractions and is close to nice restaurants and marketplaces. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us enjoy our time. Make sure to check out the local eateries for some great street food.
One downside was that the shower facility had some issues. the water temperature was unpredictable, which made taking a shower a bit frustrating at times.

The location was perfect for exploring Bangkok, with the BTS station just a minute or two away. The room was spacious, and my kids loved the big swimming pool on the 9th floor, which had plenty of sunbeds.
My kids wished there were more family-friendly dining options nearby.

The location is fantastic,,, with a supermarket and several excellent dining options nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay pleasant. I also enjoyed the swimming pool, which was a nice way to relax after a long day exploring.
